The torment of Saleh's people

The torment of Saleh's people (the people of Thamud) is the tremor, the shout, the thunderbolt, the tyrant, and the squatting in the house. Saleh's people and the torment of Saleh's people were mentioned in the Holy Qur'an in more than one surah. It is noticeable that mentioning the torment of Saleh's people in the Holy Qur'an was sometimes with a tremor, sometimes with a shout, sometimes with a thunderbolt, and sometimes with a tyrant. All these words and expressions that were mentioned in the torment of the people of Saleh are close and similar in terms of meaning, and they are evidence of the severity of the torment that the people of the Prophet of God, Saleh, peace be upon him, were subjected to.

After Salih's people killed the she-camel, the Prophet of God, Salih, said to them, "Enjoy yourself in your home for three days." And Salih's people said, "O Salih, bring us what you threaten us with. If you are one of the messengers, then Salih's people asked for the punishment to come down, so God Almighty seized them with the Mighty and Powerful take." Only the Prophet of God, Salih, and those who believed with him were saved from the severe torment in this world, and from the torment and disgrace in the Hereafter, and that is the promise of God Almighty. The Almighty said in Surat Hud (So when Our command came, We saved Salih and those who believed with him, by mercy from Us, and from disgrace on that day. Indeed, your Lord is the Powerful, the Mighty).
